Changing the game for a global edtech leader

Project Outline

When I joined one of the world’s most recognized education technology leaders, the goal was to unify marketing operations and accelerate growth. Campaigns were active across regions, each showing strong potential. The opportunity was to bring them together under a shared system that connected creative, performance, and strategy into one coordinated engine for growth.

I took full responsibility for paid advertising, lifecycle marketing, webinars, and campaign design. I quickly identified the missing link between marketing execution and revenue results. By rebuilding tracking frameworks, refreshing creative, and aligning campaigns to specific growth goals, performance turned measurable. Leadership gained visibility into ROI, and marketing gained clarity on what worked.

Scaling growth through performance and precision

Each paid initiative was designed to strengthen core brands across literacy, math, and early learning. I led campaign strategy, audience segmentation, creative development, and optimization to ensure every effort reached educators at the right moment. For the literacy platform, I built awareness among K–12 districts through high-intent search and social campaigns that connected to measurable classroom outcomes. For the early learning solution, I introduced automated nurture sequences that guided teachers from free trials to full adoption. Together, these efforts reduced cost per lead by half and drove a twelvefold increase in ad investment as leadership gained new confidence in digital growth.

Driving alignment and measurable success

I had the opportunity to guide regional campaigns across the western United States while helping integrate emerging digital learning platforms under one unified strategy. One platform focused on personalized reading, giving students access to a vast library of digital books tailored to their interests and skill levels. I worked on expanding its reach in key districts by highlighting usage data, measurable reading growth, and classroom success stories. Campaigns centered on real outcomes for students and teachers, which built trust and credibility within the education community. Coordinating creative, content, and sales ensured every message reinforced the value of digital literacy at scale. The result was accelerated adoption and a stronger presence across K–12 markets nationwide.

Alongside campaign leadership, I provided guidance to the web and content teams to strengthen the company’s digital presence. I offered insights on SEO, growth strategy, and content development to help shape a clearer narrative for each product line. By analyzing performance data and refining how stories were told, I helped improve publishing consistency and alignment across marketing channels. The collaboration simplified workflows, elevated storytelling, and strengthened the connection between content and conversion. These efforts produced a six percent lift in overall blog engagement and a more unified experience for educators and decision-makers worldwide.
